OVERVIEW
Yukako Oshimi joined Shibata, Suzuki & Nakada as partner in September, 2014. Before joining the firm, she worked at the Tokyo law firm of Nagashima, Ohno & Tsunematsu from 2002 to 2014, where she specialized in real estate, banking & finance and other corporate matters. From 2011 to 2013, Yukako worked as in-house counsel in the legal department of RICOH, a Japanese office imaging equipment supplier, in connection with the acquisition of business, restructuring of its group companies, corporate governance, and corporate risk management/compliance (including the U.S. FCPA and the UK Bribery Act) matters.
Yukako served as statutory auditor for some listed companies. Presently Yukako serves as statutory auditor for FUJI SOFT INCORPORATED, serves as supervisory director for ORIX JREIT Inc., and serves as director (audit and supervisory committee member) for PRORED PARTNERS CO., LTD.
