OVERVIEW
Kentaro Shibata is a co-founder and partner of Shibata, Suzuki & Nakada. Before founding the firm, he worked at the Tokyo law firm of Nagashima, Ohno & Tsunematsu. His practice focuses on M&A and joint venture transactions, but also includes cross-border transactions, corporate governance and compliance matters. Kentaro represents various clients including listed companies, private equity funds and financial institutions.
